再生胶/聚氯乙烯共混物力学性能的研究

摘要 研究了再生胶/聚氯乙烯(RR/PVC)共混体系中第三组分的种类及用量,橡塑并用比和高温返炼等对该体系动态硫化共混物力学性能的影响。结果表明,NBR-18,NBR-26及N-41(日本产丙烯腈含量为29%的NBR)是优良的增容剂,能显著提高该共混物的力学性能。当RR/PVC/NBR-18=60/40/10(质量比)时,共混物的拉伸强度为12.2MPa,撕裂强度为45.5KN/m,扯断伸长率为290%,而不加NBR-18时则分别为7.8MPa,267KN/m和30%。电镜分析结果表明,增容剂加强了多相体系的分散性和均匀性,促进了相界面间的相互作用。这种动态硫化的共混物是热塑性弹性体。 The effects of third component and the ratio of rubber to resin on the mechanical properties of the dynamically vulcanizated reclaimed rubber /polyvinyl chloride (RR /PVC) blends were studied. The results showed that NBR- 18, NBR-26 and N-41 were good compatibilizers for the RR /PVC blends, and increased themechanical properties of blend significantly. The compatibilizing mechanism was discussed. The blends were thermoplastic elastomers with good roll - processing behavior.
