This paper discusses the law of the working-point variation of the fan in an air system and the factors effecting on such variation. In order to give the function of the air system into full play, the condition of the first importance is to ensure the total air volume of the fan Q>Q_0, namely the wording point must be ensured within an actually permissible working range, which is dependent on the combination of air-system design, installation and the performance property of the fan.
