摘要
蜡梅(Chimonanthus praecox Link.)根为民间草药,用于治疗风湿性关节炎等病症。从该药材中分离并鉴定了2个甾体化合物β-谷甾醇和胡萝卜甙,2个生物碱d-洋蜡梅碱和dl-蜡梅碱以及2个香豆素化合物东莨菪素和东莨菪甙。
Two steroids, two alkaloids, and two coumarins were isolated from the roots of Chimomanthus praecox Link, a Chinese folk medicine for treatment of rheumatic arthritis, and identified as β-sitosterol, daucosterol, d-calycanthine, dl-chimonanthine, scopoletin and scopolin respectively.
