摘要
根据轴承故障信号周期性变化的性质,对故障信号作FFT变换,得到故障特征信号的倒频谱或自相关谱,从而找出轴承故障的特征频率。将此故障特征频率与其理论值比较后,即可诊断出轴承是否有故障,并同时诊断出故障所在的位置。附图12幅,参考文献6篇。
Through making Fast Fourier Transformation (FFT)
of faulty bearing vibration, the cepstra、 auto - correlation spectra and characteristic frequencies ane gotten. Comparing the characteristic frequencies to their theoretic values, it can be diagnosed if the bearings have faults and where the faults are located .
