摘要
本文报道了高效液相色谱法测定速效牛黄丸中胆红素含量的方法。采用进口ODS(美国)色谱柱,氯仿-甲醇(9∶1)为流动相,在450nm波长处检测,线性范围0.02～0.08mg/ml,平均回收率为99.9%,精密度以CV表示为2.7%,方法简便,准确。
In this paper, a High Performance Liquid Chromatography method for the determination of Bilirubin from Suxiao Niubuang Pills using import ODS column (USA) is described. The mobile phase is chloroform-methanol (9∶1). The concentration of bilirubin is measured at λ 450nm. The content is linear in the concentration range of 0,02～0.08 mg/ml. The average recovery is 99.9%. The precision of this method rapresented by the coefficient of variation is 2.7%. The method is simple and accurate.
