对硫酸余热锅炉进行技改的体会

摘要 介绍了与40kt/a硫酸装置配套的F101—5/39—450型余热锅炉的技术改造。通过对沸腾炉内换热管喷涂金属粉末,防止了换热管的磨损爆裂;在余热锅炉的二、三烟道砖隔墙上加焊夹角为30°的顶板,使矿尘迅速滑落,不致堆积;提高四烟道的温度并加强密封,减少了蒸发管的低温露点腐蚀;改进面式减温器结构,使分水均匀,避免了过热器爆管。 The technical transformation of a F101 - 5/ 39/450 type waste heat boiler equipped for a 40kt/a HzSC4 plant is described. The heat exchange tubes in the fluidized bed roaster were coated with metal powder to prevent abrasion and cracking. A tip cap formed by 2 steel plats in a 30?included angle was welded on the top of the brick partition to facilitate dust falling. The low-temperature corrosion of the evaporating tubes in the 4th gas flue was avoided by raising operation temperature and improving seal. The convection type desuperheater was reconstructed to give a even water distribution and to protect the superheating tubes from cracking.
