腭咽部X线头影测量结果的逐步回归分析

Stepwise Regression Analysis of the Results of the Velopharyngeal X-ray Anatomy Structures

本研究对40名正常人腭咽部X线解剖结构测量数据进行了直线相关和多因素逐步回归分析,试图找出腭咽部诸结构间的相互关系,同时预测涉及腭咽部解剖关系改变的手术对此区的影响。结果发现上颌骨的前后移动与咽深度改变关系最为密切,第一颈椎前结节的位置也对咽深度产生一定影响。另外,本文还对在测量中应用颅底平面或眶耳平面做参考平面进行了比较。

We treat our measuring data of X-ray anatomy structures of tbe velopharyngeal area with statistical method of step regression analysis, and try to find the relation of each composition of the velopharyngeal area The results indicate that there is a very close relation between forword and backward movement of the maxilla and change of pharyngeal depth. And the position of anterior tubercle of atlas has some influence over pharyngeal depth.
