体外循环术中心肌缺血再灌注后自由基活力增高 被引量:1

摘要 本文观察5例体外循环下心内直视手术患者术中血浆丙二醛(MDA)含量、共轭双烯(DCDB)含量、全血总超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力及血浆锰超氧化物歧化酶(Mn-SOD)活力,以观察外科全心缺血再灌注后自由基损伤的变化。结果显示:体外循环期间反映自由基损伤的血浆脂质过氧化物MDA及DCDB在再灌注时段明显增高(P<0.05)。而抗超氧阴离子酶SOD在再灌注时段明显下降(P<0.05)。 To observe the changes of surgical reperfusion injury, plasma malonyl dialdehyde (MDA), diened with conjugated double bond (DCDB), whole blood superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and plasma manganese-containing SOD (Mn-SOD) activity were determined during cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) in 5 cases undergoing cardiosurgery. The results showed that reperfusion period on CPB was associated with a significant increase in the products of lipid peroxidation, MDA and DCDB (P<0.05 for each). However, it indicated that SOD of suppress superoxide anion (O_2^-) fell signiticantly (P<0.05). Of interest was the finding that plasma Mn-SOD activity rose signiticantly (P<0.05)during reperfusion period.
