摘要
作者建立起一套记录系统,利用微电极技术记录豚鼠耳蜗直流电位(EP)的同时,可记录不同频率和强度下的微音电位(CM)、总和电位(SP)和复合动作电位(CAP)。将计算机系统的接口与微电极放大器联结起来,对信号进行实时采样和事后处理,使实验操作方便,测量精度提高。
A system using micro-electrode was set up to record the endocochlea potential from scala middle of guinea pig, at the same time the cochlear microphone, summating potential and compound active potential were recorded. All the signals were sampled and analysed by computer connected with the micro-eletronic amplifier. A convenient and accurrate cochlea potential record system was dicussed.
