摘要
在一起医院里新生儿爆发感染中从5例患儿的粪便、血液,脑脊液中分离出8株沃兴顿沙门氏菌。其抗原式为13:23:z:1,w。对其生理生化特征,致病性及对药物的敏感性作了系统观察。其中7株对多种抗菌药敏感,另1株却对16种抗菌药耐药。
We isolated 8 strains of Salmonella worthington from stool, blood and cerebrospinal fluid specimens from 5 newborns during an outbreak of nosocomial infection in a newborn intensive care unit. The antigenic formulas of these strains are 13:23:z:l, w. Their characteristics of physiology, biochemistry, pathogenicity and susceptibility were studied systematically. One strain is resistant to 16 antibiotics, the others are sensitive to most antibiotics.
