摘要
本文在琛航岛碳酸盐沉积物样品X射线定量分析的基础上,对分析结果做了认真总结,分析和对比,得出了较有价值的规律,为现代生物礁相碳酸盐沉积作用,地层划分提供了有力的数据资料。
X-ray diffraction analysis is a very important method for the studies of carbonate sediments. With the method, we have quantitatively analysed 311 samples from the Chenhang Island. A lot of data have been got. According to analysis and comparisons of them, we have made clear the changes of mineral compositions on vertical section from 12.5m to 344.5m above the surface. Mineral compositions change obviously at -17m, -218m and -318m, just where interfaces and hiatus are located. Therefore, 3 interfaces and 2 large hiatus are recognized. And we know dolomilization occurs at the hiatus or below.
