摘要
本文提出近代黄河三角洲是决口扇三角洲的多体组合,并将这个三角洲同若干现代大型三角洲的海陆环境条件进行了广泛的对比。
This paper deals with some basic characteristics of the evolution of the modern Yellow River Delta, which show that the delta consists of many small crevasse-splay deltas. Many modern big rivers in the world, formed due to regional tectonic movements in Mesozoic-Cenozoic, are called tectonic river system. Enormous silt in these rivers is closely related to tectonic erosions in the drainage areas. In sharp contrast to these rivers, the Yellow River gets its huge silt from loess-the easily eroded geologic body in the drainage area. Many characteristics of the delta can not be separated from the whole drainage area, and thererfoe we put forward macro-delta concept.
