摘要
阐述了无霜冰柜微电脑控制器的硬件和软件设计,详细介绍了具体单元电路的结构、原理与特色,以及为提高控制器的工作稳定性而采取的各种措施。信号的变换与处理、制冷与除霜的控制、干扰的抑制、故障的排除、数字滤波和工作状态的标志化管理等大大提高了控制器本身的抗干扰能力,保证了其工作的安全可靠性。实验结果表明,这是一种颇为理想的可用于高档无霜冰柜的控制器。该控制器已投入批量生产并与产品配套。
This paper describes the hard and software design of micro-computer controller for the frostproof refrigerator and presented in detail the struction, principle, characteristics of the specific unit circuit as well as the various measures, in order to enhance the work stability. The transfer and treatment of signal, the control of refrigeration and frost elimination, the interference restrain, the trouble elimination, digital filtration and symbolic management etc. greatly increase the anti-inter-ference ability of the controller and guarantee its work reliability. The experimental results show that this is a very ideal controller for refrigerafors of superion quality. The controller has been put into production in batches and has been matched with products.
