在文[1]的基础上讨论了可数状态非齐次马氏链转移概率的强大数定律的充分必要条件。
On the basis of paper,this paper discusses a necessary and sufficient condition for the stronglaws of large numbers with a countable number of states and nonhomogenous Markov chains.Astrong law of large numbers of nonhomogenous Markov chains has been obtained under suitable con-ditions.
