摘要
针对特殊钢方坯连铸结晶器,四孔水口向上15°的浇注工艺,采用相似理论进行了模型设计.观察并用二维激光多普勒测速仪[LDA]测定了两工况条件下结晶器内的流场及相应的出口速度,得出了流场特点和出口射流特性.本文的研究结果,为实际生产中合理的水口形式,夹杂物的去除提供了定量依据,是进一步研究结晶器内的传热模型,夹杂物的分离模型,铸坯的凝固特性的前提和基础.
For nozzle of four outlets with an angle of 15°tilting upward,model design was finished by using re- semblance theory in the square casting continuous casting crystallizer of the stainless steel.Flow fields and exit orifice velocities were measured by Two——Dimensional laser Doppler Anemometre(LDA)in the two flow quantities.The character of flow fields and property of exit orifice jet were obtained.The results of the reesrch,providins the quantitative material regarding the designing of nozzle in the steel industry and drawing inclusion particles from the flowing metal stream,are the prerequesites and foundations for further studying heat transfer model of crystallizer,and seperating model of inclusion as well as the solidifying properties of casting.
