摘要
由于浮法玻璃生产工艺日益成为最主要的生产平板玻璃的方法,本文据此进行了计算机模拟拉制工艺的工作,导出了近似于 Narayanaswamy 的数学模型,在该模型中考虑了由于形变而产生的应力和应变问题,并用此模型结合国内的实际生产工况进行模拟研究.在本研究工作中,应用有限元方法求解数学模型,并获得了二维的玻璃带形状和速度、应变率及应力分布,据此解释了浮法生产过程中玻璃原板拉引的机理和拉边器的作用,同时还证实了 Narayanaswamy 文中的'拉伸图形',并提出了'回推图形'.
The float glass process has now become the most widely used method of manufac- turing flat glass.The mechanism of the float process was suggested by Pilkington and Charnock and the process was simulated by Narayanswamy.Combining the model similar to that of Narayanaswamy's research and the parameters from some float glass product lines in China,the mechanism of stretching the float glass ribbon was put forward in this paper,based on the velocity,strain and stresses distributions of the ribbon.The shapes of the ribbon sketched from the simulation of the process are in good agreement on the practi- cal ones.The'pull-through profile'derived from Narayanaswamy's research is confirmed in this paper and the'push-back profile'is suggested according to the results of the pres- ent simulating research when the thickness of the stretching glass sheet is thicker than its equilibrium one.
