摘要
本文选用含有聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)超细粉的固液两相润滑剂,在四球试验机上作了极压试验和磨损试验,观察了其在点接触状态下的摩擦学性能,找到了润滑剂的 PTFE 含量及其加工工艺方法与承载能力之间的关系,从而对固液两相润滑剂的减摩和抗摩机理进行了探讨。
In this paper,we select a lubricant of solid-liquid two-phase containing PTFE ultrafine powder,make extreming pressure and wear tests on the four balls testing ma- elaine,observe its tribology property for point contact,the PTFE content and its process technology way relating to road-bearing capacity.Antifriction and resisting wear mecha- nism of the solid-liquid two-phase lubricant have been discussed.
