全固态型盐酸利多卡因药物电极的研制

摘要 本文以雷氏盐(Reinecke salt)与盐酸利多卡因所形成的缔合物为电活性材料,以 DNP 为增塑剂,制成了全固态石墨涂膜电极(A)和铜基体涂膜电极(B)。所制的两类电极对电位响应快速、稳定,其 Nernst 线性范围分别为1×10^(-1)~6.31×10^(-6)M 和1×10^(-1)~1×10^(-5)M,电极的 Nernst 斜率分别为53.34 mV·decade^(-1)和55.16mV·decade^(-1)(20℃),pH 适用范围分别为5~8和4~7;同时,两类电极对盐酸利多卡因都具有良好的选择性,用双标准加入法测得两类电极的测定回收率分别为100.4%和100.2%;对医用针剂中盐酸利多卡因含量的测定,分析结果与用药典法测定的结果基本相符. The construction of all-solid-state Lidocainc ion-selective electrodes and their uses arc described.The electrodes,which contain graphite coated electrode (A) and copper ma- trix coated electrode(B),based on ion-pair complex of Lidocaine with Rcinccke salt were prepared with dininylphthalate as a platiciser.The electrodes showed rapid,stable and Nernstian response to Lidocaine within the concentration ranges 1×10^(-1)~6.31×10^(-6)M (A)and 1×10^(-1)~1×10^(-5)M(B)with the slope of 53.34 mV·decade^(-1)(A) and 55.16 mV·decade^(-1)(B).The electrodes exhibited a good selectivity fro Lidocainc and their pH ranges were 5~8(A)and 4~7(B).The determination of Lidocaine gave the average recov- eries of 100.4%(A)and 100.2%(B).And the measure results of Lidocainc injection with these electrodes were consistent with those obtained by the Chinese Pharmacopoeia method.
