摘要
本文介绍了耦合反应的动力学模型,并用此模型解析了铁水同时脱硫脱磷的应用性试验数据。结果表明,采用准确的热力学和动力学参数,模型能较好地描述实际过程。重点讨论了模型中的主要参数—修正平衡常数E_i的确定方法,并说明热力学参数的准确性在动力学研究中的重要性。
The kinetic model of coupled reactions is presented and the kinetic analysis for previous experimental results of simultaneous dephosphorization and desulphurization with CaO-based slags in hot metal pretreatment is made. It is shown that the practical processes can be well described with the present model when the more precise model parameters are used. The discussion is focused on the determination of the main parameter—the modified equilibrium constant.Ei. It is pointed out that it is also important to use the precise thermodynamic parameter in the kinetic studies.
