摘要
建立了四种几何尺寸不同的空气通道模型。根据传热方程采用有限差分法求解。通过数值分析,证明在给定条件下,改变芯板上肋片的高度和间距或空气的人口温度,可以影响空气的预热温度。所得结果为设计最佳的芯板几何尺寸和组合不同类型的换热器提供了依据。
Four different geometric dimension models of air passage had been developed. Based on the heat-transfer equations, computations were worked out through the use of finite difference method. After numerical analysis, it can be proved that under a given condition, changes in the height and interval of ribbed-sheets in the core-plate or the temperature of air inlet may affect the preheated air temperature. The results obtained are useful to design of core-plate with optimum geometric dimension and combination of the different type of recuperatos.
