摘要
本文以C-D生产函数为基础,把技术进步分离成两部分,即中性技术进步与非中性技术进步,提出了技术进步对产出绝对增长量中作用大小的动态测算模型,并进行了实证研究与评价。
In this paper, technology progress is divided into two parts of neutral technical progress and nonneutral technical progress based on Cobb-Douglas production function. Dunamic model is presented of calculating and measuring the effect of technology progrss on absolute increase number in output and is proved in practice in output.
