胸椎管狭窄合并脊髓压迫症

THORACIC SPINAL CANAL STENOSIS WITH SPINAL CORD COMPRESSION

探讨了18例胸椎管狭窄合并脊髓和神经根压迫症的治疗方法和效果。该18例多属晚期病例,出现了完全或不全瘫痪。经X线检查、脊髓造影和CT扫描确诊,17例行椎管减压,切除椎板4～11个,7例完全恢复,7例截痪明显改善,3例无效。本文还讨论了如何早期诊断和提高疗效。

Therapeutic method and effect were studied in 18 cases of thoracic spinal canal stenosis with spinal cord and nerve roots compression, most of which were clinically advanced ones, apearing complete or pastial paraplegia. The diagnosis for all cases was confirmed by X-ray examination, myelography and CT. Decompression of spinal cord were performed in 17 cases, in which 4～11 vertebral lamina were resected, resulting in complete recovery from paraplegia in 7 cascs, remarkable improvement in another 7 and no effect in 3 cases. In addition, it has also been discussed how to make early diagnosis and to improve therapy.
