糖尿病性视网膜病临床前期对比敏感度的研究

CONTRAST SENSITIVITY ON SUBCLINICAL DIABETIC RETINOPATHY

对44例80眼视力及眼底均正常的糖尿病患者进行了对比敏感度的检查,并与正常对照组比较。本组80眼在各频率部分均有下降(P<0.05)。尤其在50岁以上组,中、高频率部分下降与正常组相比较,其差异有高度显著性(P<0.01),这很可能是慢性缺氧加剧了生理性退化的结果。肯定了对比敏感度在糖尿病性视网膜病变亚临床的检测意义。

Contrast sensitivity (CS) were done on 80 eyes, out of 44 patients with diabetes. The values of all freqencies were lower than those of control groups (P<0.05). Especially in the groups of more than 50 years old, the values of high and middle freqencies lowered extremely than those of normals(P<0.01). It is probably because of that the choronic shortage of oxygen exacerbated the physical degeneration. The value of the CS on subclinical diabetic retinopathy is certain.
