安氟醚和普鲁卡因静—吸复合麻醉对患者IL_2产生及LT的影响

THE EFFECT OF ENFLURANE AND PROCAIN BY COMPLEX ANESTHESIA THROUGH VEIN-INHALATION ON IL_2 PRODUCTION AND LT OF PATIENTS

本文报道了用小鼠胸腺细胞 MTT 比色分析法检测安氟醚和普鲁卡因静一吸复合麻醉患者白细胞介素2(IL_2)及淋巴细胞转化(LT)的动态变化。结果表明,该组药物静一吸复合麻醉对患者 IL 的产生及 LT 均有明显抑制作用。麻醉后96小时可恢复到麻醉前水平,其抑制作用及恢复的机理有待进一步探讨。

The effect of enflurane and procain by complex anesthesia through vein-inhalation on IL_2 production and LT of the patients weve reported in the paper.IL_2 production and LT were assayed by MTT Colorimetric assay by using thymocytes of mice as target cells.The results showed that IL_2 and LT were obviously inhibted by the drugs by means of cmoplex anestheia through vein- inhalation.IL_2 production and LT returned to normal level at 96h after fhe patients were operated on.why IL_2 and LT were inhibied needs to be further studied.into.
