孕妇及新生儿血清硒、铜、锌的含量关系

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN Se, Cu, Zn AND PREGANT WOMEN AS WELL AS NEWBORN BABIES

测定56例非孕妇和66例不同孕期妇女及30例新生儿(脐血)血清中硒、铜、锌三种微量元素。结果表明,孕妇血清硒锌随孕期进展明显低于非孕妇,而孕晚期血清铜显著升高;新生儿血清硒、锌显著高于母血水平,铜低于母血。

The contents of serum Se, Cu, Zn Were determined from 56 cases of nor-pregnant, 66 cases of pregnant, 30 cases of mothers and their iiewborn babies by astomil absorption spectrometer. The result shows that the contents of Se, Zn are dereased with the pregress of pregnancy, while the contents of Cu rise in newborn babies, the contents of Se. Zn are higher than their mothers, but the content of Cu is lower.
