喉癌组织及癌旁粘膜中六种酶活性的测定

THE DETECTION OF ACTIVITY OF SIX KINDS OF ENZYMES IN THE TISSUE OF LARYNGEAL CARCINOMA AND TUMORADJACENT TISSUE

本文采用Aboott ABA-100型生化自动分析仪对12例正常喉粘膜(正常对照组)17例手术切除的喉癌组织及其癌旁粘膜(安全缘)进行了六种酶活性的测定,结果喉癌组织中LDH、GPT、GOT、α-HBDH,CK五种酶活性明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01),而癌旁粘膜中LDH、GPT、GOT、α-HBDH活性明显升高(P<0.01),Ck活性高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。癌旁粘膜中五种酶活性高于正常喉粘膜,但却低于喉癌组织,提示组织中酶活性的改变早于形态学改变,所以测定术中安全缘组织中的各种酶活性,将成为判断预后和手术效果观察的客观指标。

We have detected the enzymatic activity of six kinds of enzymes in 12 specimens of normal laryngeal epithelium (control group), 17 specimensof laryngeal carcinoma excised in the operation and the tumoradjacent tissue(sfae border)by using Abbott ABA-100 Type biochemical autoanalysis apparatus. The results demonstrate that the activities of the five kinds of enzymes in cancer tissues LDH, GPT, GOT, α-HBDH and CK are obvi ously higher than, those of the control group(P<0.01). The activities of LDH, GPT, GOT and α-HBDH in the tumoradjacent tissues are obviously higer(P<0.01)and the activities of are CK higher(P<0.05)than in control group. The activities of five kinds of enzymes in normal Laryngeal mucosa. bnt are lower than in tissues Of laryngeal carcinoma. This suggests that the change of the activity of enzyme is earlier than the morphologic change in tissue. As a result, to detect the enzymatic activity of safe border in the operation will be an objective index for detemining the effect andprognosis of operation.
