几种抗精子抗体测定方法的比较研究

The comparison of several detecting methods of anti sperm antibodies

为了寻求敏感性强、特异性好的检测技术,以用于国内的临床实验,我们应用浅盘凝集试验(TAT)、精子制动试验(SIT)、免疫珠试验(IBT)、酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)及间接血凝试验(IHA)5种方法对本所不育门诊病人血清200份和正常生育者血清60份进行了抗精子抗体的测定。结果提示以TAT、SIT、及IBT3种实验结果进行综合评价作为临床诊断的依据对免疫性不育的诊治具有重要的指导意义。

The detecting techniques for antisperm antibodies play an important role in the diagnosis of immunological infertility. It has been reported previously that TAT with SIT are ideal and simple methods for detection of sperm antibodies. Recently IBT and MAR tests have been reported in literature. In addition, ELISA and IHA tests are also used in this field. In order to select the appropriate, valid, convenient and easy method in Chineseclinical practice, we compared the results obtained from 200 infertile serum samples by TAT,SIT,indirect IBT, ELISA and IHA. The results showed that TAT was the first method of choice which was sensitive and with better specificity. With TAT as a standard method, the specificity and sensitivity of other methods were compared. We found that combining the results of TAT, SIT with indirect IBT together to give a comprehensive evaluation was a better way. In summary, a scheme for investigation of sperm antibodies in clinical practice with TAT, SIT and indirect IBT for serum, cervical mucus and seminal plasma samples was suggested.
