摘要
用体视学方法测定了大鼠出生前后睾丸支持细胞的总数,支持细胞核的平均体积和总体积,以及睾丸索(testicular cord)的总体积。从交配后16天到出生后5天,支持细胞数由8.7万增至470万,增加53倍。支持细胞核的总体积由0.018mm^3 增至1.163mm^3,增加约64倍。同期,睾丸索的总体积增加32倍,睾丸体积增加了25倍。支持细胞核的平均体积从150.5μm^3 增至183.0μm^3。本资料为睾丸发育和雄性生殖功能的研究提供了参考。
Stereological studies were performed to estimate the Sertoli cell number per testis,the to-tal volume and mean volume of Sertoli cell nuclei,and the volume of testicular cords in developing ratsduring perinatal period.From day 16 post coitum(pc)to day 5 post partum(pp),the Sertoti cell numberper testis increased 53 times,from 0.09 million to 4.7 million.The total volume occupied by Sertoli cellnuclei per testis increased 64 times,from 0.018 mm^3 to 1.163 mm^3.At the same period the volume oftesticular cords increased by a factor of 32,and the testis volume increased by a factor of 25.The meanvolume of Sertoli cell nuclei increased slowly from 150.5μm^3 on day 16 pc to 183.0μm^3 on day 3 pp,which showed little variation temporarity.These data will be useful for experimental studies concerningtestis development and male reproductive function.
