摘要
8例正常成年男子间隔6天先后两次注射 hCG 2000 IU,每次注射分别于0、2、4、6、48、72和(或)96、120(h)采集外周血测定孕酮、17羟孕酮(17-OHP)、雄烯二酮(△_4 A)、去氢表雄酮、睾酮(T)和雌二醇(E_2)。结果第二次注射后,17-OHP 的迟发分泌峰(DSP)显著高于△_4 A,提示17,20裂解酶受阻滞。两次注射的 E_2 DSP 都显著高于△_4 A 或 T 的相应分泌峰,表明睾丸内的芳香化酶被 hCG激活。有证据表明17,20裂解酶的受抑制与 E_2有关。本组资料还提示,在 T 生物合成过程中的△_4 途径和△_5 途径同等重要。
Eight normal adult males were treated with two injections of 2000 IU of hCG in an inter-val of 6 days.During each injection peripheral blood was collected at 0,2,4,6,48,72 and/or 96,120(h)for meassuring progesterone (P),17-OH progesterone (17-OHP),androstanedione (△_4A),dehydro-epiandrosterone(DHEA),testosterone(T) and estradiol (E_2).It was found that after the second injection,the delayed secretion peak (DSP) of 17-OHP in response to hCG was significantly higher than that of△_4A,suggesting the blockage of 17,20-1yase.The DSP of E_2 after each injection was significantly higherthan that of △_4A or T,indicating that the aromatase in testes was activated by hCG.Some evidencesshowed that the blockage of 17,20-lyase was related to the level of E_2.Our data also suggested that the△_4 and △_5 pathways were of equal importance in the biosynthesis of T.
