摘要
海河流域土石山区占山区总面积的1/2,其严重的水土流失已成为该流域山区生态环境的主要问题。本文通过对海河流域不同类型区试点小流域治理效果的调查分析,依据土石山区水土流失特点,总结出治理开发土石山区的主要途径是:基本农田建设及坡耕地治理,工程造林与保护、开发、利用植被资源,地表径流的管理和利用,合理调整土地利用结构,沟道防护工程建设,新的水土流失防治等,并结合试点典型论述了主要治理措施及效果。
Through analysis of the effects of harnessment in various types of experimental small watersheds, this paper summarized the main ways for harnessing earthy and rocky mountainous area according to the characteristics of soil loss in these areas. These ways include construction of base farmland and improvement of sloping farmland, engineering afforestation and protection, .development and utilization of resources of plant coverage, management and utilization of surface runoff, rational adjustment of the structure of land use, construction of gully protection projects, prevention and harnessment of new soil loss, etc., combining with . the experimental models, the author discussed, the main measures of harnessment and their benefits.
