水稻品种抗细菌性条斑病机制研究 被引量:5

摘要 供试品种叶片的蛋白质、游离氨基酸、过氧化物同功酶、酯酶同功酶的测定结果表明,两种同功酶活性高的品种抗性亦较好,但无论抗病品种还是感病品种,在受感染后,酶带颜色都有加深,且多一条RF值为0.74酯酶酶带;抗病品种蛋白质和游离氨基酸低于感病品种;品种病情严重度随游离氨基酸含量增加而加重;但同一品种的游离氨基酸含量随着施氮肥量的增加而提高,随磷钾肥用量的增加而减少。针刺和喷雾接种的结果表明,品种的抗侵入与抗扩展能力高度相关(Υ=0.838)。品种抗性与气孔密度、大小无明显关系。 Peroxidase and esterase isozymes, protein and free ainino acids of rice lesves were tested. The results showed that the cultivars with higher activity of the two isozymes were more resistant to bacterial leaf streak of rice than the ones with lower activity of the two isozymes, but no matter of resistant or susceptible cultivars the colur of their zymograms was darkened when plants had been infected and the diseased leaf's esterase band had one (RF=0. 74) than more the disease - free leaf's. The content of protein and free atnino acids was lower in the resistant cultivars than in the susceptible,but the content of free ainino acids increased as the amount of nitrogen fertilizer did and it decreased as the phosphoric an potash fertilizers increased. The results from needling and spray inoculations showed the resistance to infection ami development of lesion had highly positive correlation (r = 0. 838 ). There was no significant relationship between the disease resistance and stomatie characteristics.
