摘要 本文探讨多效唑促进水稻秧苗分蘖的作用机理。试验分四个处理:(1)多效唑浸种,自然光照:(2)多效唑浸种,遮光处理;(3)清水浸种,自然光照;(4)清水浸种,遮光处理。试验结果如下: (1)在自然光照条件下,多效唑浸种秧苗,三叶一心期有20%植株出现分蘖,清水浸种尚无分蘖。 (2)在遮光条件下(2500lx),处理与对照秧苗三叶一心期均无分蘖出现。 (3)自然光照条件下的处理秧苗体内的内源激素与对照相比,CTK含量高、CTK/IAA的比例大;遮光条件下,处理与对照秧苗体内的CTK和CTK/IAA的比例均大大下降。 (4)四种处理秧苗叶片、叶鞘各种醣、氮化物含量无很大差别。 (5)本试验结果表明,CTK的一定含量和一定的CTK/IAA的比例,是水稻幼苗产生分蘖的内因,外因多效唑和强光照通过这个内因起作用,促进水稻分蘖的产生。 This paper deals with the mechanism of promoting tillering ability of rice seedlings by PP333. The experiment was designed with four treatments: (1)seed soaked in 400 ppm pp333 solution, seedlings growing under Nature illumination; (2)seed soaked in 400 ppm pp333 solution, seedling shaded with cloth; (3)seed soaked in water ,seedlings growing under nature illuminationj (4)seed soaked in water seedlings shaded with cloth. The following results were obtained: (1)The treatment of seed soaked in pp333 solution, seedlings growing under nature illumination was 20% plants emerging tiller at the stage of three mature leaves and one new leaf. However, The treatment of seed soaked in water and seedlings growing under nature illumination, there was no plant emerging tiller at the same stage; (2)If seedlings were shaded, there was no plant emerging tiller both the seed soaked in pp333 solution and in water at the stage of three mature leaves and one new leaf. (3)The content of CTK and the ratio of CTK/IAA of the treatment of seed soaked in pp333 solution and seedlings growing under nature illumination were higher than that of the seed soaked in water and seedlings growing under nature illumination. When seedlings were shaded, the content of CTK and the radio of CTK/IAA greatly decreased both in seedlings which were soaked in pp333 solution and in water. (4)There was no significant difference between the content of various carbohydrates and nitrogen compounds in the leaf and leaf sheath of the four treatment seedlings. (5)The experimental results showed, a fairly high content of CTK and high ratio of CTK/IAA in rice seedlings were the internal cause which bring about to form tiller. The external canses, pp333 and istense illumination, promoted the tillering ability of rice seedlings through the internal causes.
