几种牙科常用药物抗超氧化阴离子自由基的研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文用黄嘌吟、黄嘌岭氧化酶体系模拟体内超氧化阴离子自由基(O_2^-)的产生,采用化学发光法,对诸种牙科常用药物抗O_2^-的作用进行了探讨。结果显示:甲醛甲酚、丁香油酚、愈创木酚均具有较强的清除O_2^-、抗氧化的作用,三者比,愈创木酚作用较弱;酚类牙科药物清除自由基的作用可能主要在于其活性基团——酚羟基。 Superoxide anion radical (O2) was produced in simulation with xanthine-xanthine oxidase system. The function of scavenging (OJ) by three kinds of common dental medicine had been researched by chemiluminescence. Results indicated: Formocresol, Eugenol and Guaiacol all had a strong function of scavenging (O2) and antioxidation. However, the function of Guaiacol was weaker than that of other two. The element that enabled the three kinds of common dental medicine to scaveng free radical might be the active group -phenohydroxy radical.
