几种牙面处理剂的抑菌作用

Antibacterial effect of several dental surface cleansers.

清理牙齿窝洞有助于改善修复性能,而处理剂的选择是重要的。本实验通过对几种窝洞处理剂的抑菌效果观察,以提供选择处理剂的参考依据。结果表明:从抑菌角度看,10％EDTA液、4％戊二醛液作为牙本质处理剂有较好的前景。

The cleansed dental cavity surface is helpful to improve the property of the restoration. It is important to choose appropriate cleansers. The present study aims at providing valuable reference for choosing cleansers, antibacterial effect of several cleansers was observed. The results showed that as cleansers of the dentine, 10% EDTA and 4% glutaraldehyde are more hopeful than other cleansers in antibacterial effect.
