可吸收性四环素、氯己锭缓释药膜的研制(Ⅱ)——体外释药速率及药效观察

Study on resorbable local tetracycline and ch1orhexidine delivery devices.

在可吸收性甲硝哒唑药膜的研究基础上,继续开发出可吸收性四环素和氯已锭缓释药膜对其体外释药速率和药效进行了实验观察。结果提示两种药膜所载药物分布均匀,能以一定的速率长期释放,具有较好抑菌效果。

Basis on the resorbable local metroni-dezele delivery devices, the resorbable delivery devices of tetracycline and chlor-hexidine were studied and developed. Release rate of drug from the HPC films was measurde, and effects of release in vitro was observed. The results showed that embedding drugs were evenly dispersed in two kinds of films.The drug could be released from the film with definite velocity for long time. It was clear that films containing tetracyc1ine, chlorhexidine or metronidazole were effective on predominant cultivable organisms in periodontitis.
