摘要 为比较正常和龋源性炎症牙髓中内皮细胞形态、血容量和凝血活性的变化,采用免疫组化和图像分析的手段,对两组牙髓中的内皮细胞和von Willebrand因子进行了研究,结果表明炎症牙髓中檄血管数目约为正常牙髓的2.27倍,血管截面积为正常牙髓的6.83倍,von Willebrand因子显著高于正常牙髓。 The endothelial cells and von fillebrand factor ( vWF) in the normal pulps and in the cariogenic inflamed pulps were assessed using imnunohistochemical technique and image analysis. The results showed that the number of micrangiam in the inflamed pulp was 2.27 times more than that in the normal pulp. The area of the cross section of the micrangium in the inflamed pulp was 6. 83 times more than that in the normal pulp. vWF in the inflamed pulp was significantly more than that in the normal pulp.
