玻璃离子体水门汀与光固化复合树脂间的抗剪粘结强度 被引量:3

摘要 测定5种玻璃离子体水门汀(GIC)与光固化复合树脂间的抗剪粘结强度,结果显示:酸处理GIC表面,可以显著提高GIC与光固化复合树脂间的粘结强度。酸蚀+粘结剂处理优于单纯粘蛄剂处理,两者粘结强度有非常显著差异(P<0.01)。GIC作为光固化复合树脂基底材料在临床上应用,有指导意义。 Shear bond strength (SBS) of 5 types of glass ionomer cements (GIC) adhering to light-cured composite resin had been measured. The results indicated that SBS could be improved significantly by acid-etching of the GIC surface before the bonding agent was applied(P<0.01). The finding was of instructing signifcance when GIC was applied clinically as the base of light-cured composite resin.
