摘要
用我校与西安电子科技大学共同研制的CYW-YG牙齿光学检测仪临床检测牙髓活力,对其判断牙髓活力的可能性和精确度进行初步分析。结果表明:利用该仪器可以在牙髓失活后5~7d检测出其荧光比对照牙荧光明显减弱,证实牙髓荧光活力测试法和光学检测仪具有客观性和无创伤性,有发展前途。
The dental phosphorescent detective instrument CYW-YG developed by The Fourth Military Medical University and The Xi'an University of Electronic Science and Technology, was used to investigate clinically its feasibility and accuracy of the phosphorescence diagnostic method of pulp vitality.It was found that, 5-7days after pulp dcvitalization, the phosphorescence of devitalized teeth were weakened significantly as compared to the control tccth.This study verified the principle of the phosphorescent diagnostic method of pulp vitality and that instrument suggested this objective and non-invasive method was an approach to its clinical application.
