新型磁胶根管充填材料的密封性研究

Study of sealing property of new type magnetic colloid root canal filling material.

用染料渗入法观察新型磁胶根管充填材料(简称新磁胶)对根尖的密封性能,结果新磁胶组平均渗入长度为2.41mm,酚醛液组平均为2.94mm,二者无差异(P>0.05)。而根管糊剂加牙胶尖组平均为8.32mm,与前二组的渗漏值有极显著差异(P<0.01)。

The scaling property of a new type magnetic colloid root canal filling matcrial(NMC) at the apex was abscrvcd by dye-permeating method. Results showed the mean dye-permeating length of NMC group was 2. 41mm, that of phenolic aldehyde group was 2.94mm, and no significnat difference between these two groups(p>0.05);whilc that of the root canal paste plus gutta -pcrcha group was 8.32mm, and there was significant difference between the latter group and the former two groups(p < 0.01)
