辽化废水系统治理方案的研究

The Study of Treatment Means for Liaohua Wastewater System

介绍了辽化公司废水排放与处理存在的问题,提出废水系统治理改造的必要性及实施方案的研究。对于上游生产装置排放的含油废水、合酸废水和高浓度 COD 有机废水,实行预处理的方案,力求降低废水中污染物的总量,给后续污水生化处理装置提高处理效果提供条件。在下游污水处理装置则实施局部的或全部的改造方案,提高生化处理装置的能力,确保污水总排放口的水质稳定的达标。

This paper relates to,the means of Liaohua wastewater treatment and drainage.The necessity of cure and reform for the wastewater system and the study of the execution plan has been proposed.By the execution plan, the pretreatment plan has been carried out for the wastewater contained oil,acid and high concentration COD organic matter discharged from up stream unit,thus the total amount of the pollutant substance in the waste water decreased which is favourable for increasing treatment effectiveness of the,following biochemical treatment unit.The part or all reform programs have been carried out in the down stream polluted water treatment unit and the capacity of the biochemical treatment unit has greatly increased and the water stabilization at the sewage master drainage outlet has assuredly reached standards.
