摘要
除介绍氧化沥青尾气的组成、沥青尾气直接燃烧法处理工艺及净化效果外,还阐述了采用 FQJI 型有机废气全氧化净化装置进行催化焚烧沥青尾气的试验。试验结果表明:采用催化焚烧治理沥青尾气的技术是可行的,工艺是先进的,其总烃净化率为90%以上。
This article introduce not only the composition of asphalt oxidation tail gas,the treatment process of immediate incineration and its clean effect,but also the test of using FQJI organic exhaust gas purifying unit for to catal- ytic incinerating asphalt oxidation tail gas.The test result shows that it is feasible and advanced to use catalytic incineration method to treat asphalt oxidation tail gas,the purification rate of total hydrocarbon is over 90%.
