简述了腈纶湿法纺丝生产中延迟树脂(DOWX—11A_8)的吸附原理和硫氰酸钠(NaSCN)的净化工艺。论述了树脂在运行过程中失去活性的原因,以及采用亚硫酸氢钠——氢氧化钠为再生剂,对失活树脂进行再生的方法,从而提高树脂的净化能力和硫氰酸钠的回收率,降低硫氰酸钠损耗,提高腈纶溶剂回收工艺污水合格率。
Describing a sodium thiocyanide (NaSCN) cleaning process and the delay resin (DOWX-11A) absorption mechanism in the acrylon wet spinning process and describing the cause of resin losing activity in running and the regeneration method of using NaHSO_3-NaOH as regenerator to increase resin clean capacity and sodium thiocyanide recovery, decrease the sodium thiocyanide loss and improve acrylon solution recovering wastewater level.
