摘要
针对炼油厂真空转鼓滤机的三泥脱水工艺,筛选开发了阴、阳聚丙烯酰胺絮凝剂ZF—3、ZF—2,经过小试和工业试验证明,油泥脱水效果显著,在ZF—3、ZF—2投加量以干基以分别为0.03%~0.05%,0.18%~0.24%时,滤饼含水率小于80%,滤后液COD小于7000mg/L,大大降低了滤后液对污水处理现场的冲击。
In order to increase the dehydration effect of wastewater sludges in a vacuum drum filter,two coagulators consisted of anionic and cationic PAM have been developed.Dehydration tests in both laboratory and commercial field have proved that as the dosages of these two coagulators are added to 0.03%~0.05%, 0.18%~0.24% (dry base) respectively, water coutent of filtration dreg is less than 80% and COD of filtrate is less than 7000mg/L, thus greatly lessen the load of wastewater disposal in refinery.
