摘要
简述了我国石油化工废水排放情况,较详细地介绍了石油化工废水治理方面有的行业存在着排水合格率较低,如乙烯厂排水合格率有的低于10%,其主要原因是水污染源复杂、装置排放指标太松、装置预处理不完善、废渣、废液冲击全厂污水处理等等。并提出一些废水处理的防治措施。
The status of petrochemical wastewater discharge was summarized and lower rate of qualified discharge standard was described in detail in some industries.For instance,it is lower than 10 percent in some ethylene plants.The main causes are that the wastewater sources are complexity, the discharge standard of units is very lower,the pre-treatment of units is not complete,waste residues and liquids impact the wastewater plant etc. Some controlling methods of wastewater treatment is pointed out in the paper.
