This paper discusses problem ALMS: Given an n × n matrix A , two n × m matrices X and B, S is a set of antisymmetric matrices, find an n×n matrix A minimizing |AX - B|F . The application for inverse eigenvalue problems is given. The expression to problem ALMS is given, numerical methods are described, numerical experiments are included.
