摘要
应用Gleeble—1500热模拟试验机对V、Nb复合微合金化钢进行了模拟轧制,测定了形变奥氏体的动态再结晶曲线,研究了轧制工艺对铁素体晶粒大小和亚结构的影响,从而确定了能够获得细小铁素体—珠光体组织的V、Nb含量及与之相应的轧制工艺。
The composite microalloyed steels with vanadium--nibium were rolled simul-tatively by Gleeble--1500. The curves of dynamic recryst allization of deformed austenitewere measured and the effects of rolling technological parameters on ferritic grain size andsubstructure were investigated. Therefore,the contained quantity of vanadium--niobium andcorresponding rolling technology,with which the structure with fine ferrite--pearlite can beobtained, were determined.
