摘要
利用Formarstor一Digital全自动相变测定仪对我国现行圆锯片用钢65Mn的连续冷却转变曲线(CCT)进行了测定,研究了不同连续冷却速度下得到的组织,为合理制订圆锯片的淬火工艺提供了依据,得出了最佳淬火工艺曲线。
By investigating continual cooling transformation diagram of our present com-
mercial steel of circular saw blades by means of fullautomatic transformation-testing instru-
ment (Formarstor-Digital) and by studying organizations at different continual cooling
rates, a bases is provided for reasonably working out quenching process of circular blades
and a best quenching process diagram is obtained.
