摘要
采用放射免疫分析法检测38例海洛因滥用者和40例健康对照者尿液中吗啡含量的结果表明,与健康对照者组之检测值比较,海洛因滥用者组的尿液吗啡平均含量极显著升高(p<0.0001),海洛因滥用者的尿液吗啡含量均随海洛因日吸食量及海洛因吸食史的增加而升高,并皆呈直线相关(r=0.8596,p<0.0001,r=0.7672,p(0.0001);提示尿液中吗啡含量的放射免疫测定是诊断海洛因滥用者的一种可靠方法。
The results of determining morphine contents in urine of 38 heroin abusers and 40 healthy control persons with RIA showed that the average urinary morphine contents of the heroin abusers group were higher than that of the healthy control group(P<0. 0001),the urinary morphine contents in the heroin abusers increased as the dose and duration of heroin taking increased,and all showed linear positive correlations(r = 0. 8596,P<0. 0001;r = 0. 7672,P< 0. 0001). It suggested that RIA of urinary morphine contents can be used as an important index for judging heroin abusers.
