溺水合并多脏器功能衰竭的抢救——附15例分析

摘要
溺水导致机体严重缺氧,使重要脏器受损。若同时合并急性功能不全,临床上可呈现多脏器功能衰竭综合征(MOF)表现,治疗较为困难。现将我院收治的淡水溺水病人15例报告如下。
