人参软腐病参根内若干生物化学变化

摘要 对人参软腐病参根组织和健根组织进行了多种有机物成分分析,结果表明,在病根中人参总皂甙、粗淀粉、总含糖量都减少,但脂肪酸、木质素、还原糠和16种氨基酸的含量比健参根增加。 Foots tissues of ginseng (Panax ginseng) from diseased (with Pseudomonas carophylli) and healthy plants were processed for the analyses of several organic materials. The experiments showed that the contents of total saponins,starch and total sugars in the diseased foots decreased and the contents of fatty acids,lignin,reducing sugar and 16 amino acids were higher than those in healthy ginseng foots.
